Buying Your First Home

Buying your first home isn’t only expensive, it’s confusing! Join us on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 6:30 pm on Zoom to learn about resources that first-time home-buyers can use to help secure grants, find special mortgage financing and locate affordable homes in NJ.

All prospective first-time buyers are encouraged to attend, even those with moderate incomes, as the eligible income level to participate in a program can be up to $120K or higher! If you would like to buy a house but think you might not be able to afford it, this program could help.

Our speaker: Jessica Padilla-Gonzalez is the Executive Director of the Housing Partnership. The Housing Partnership is a HUD approved nonprofit organization serving Northern NJ.
