Join the League of Women Voters’ Natural Resources Committee as we co-present “Fertile Soil: How a Forest Conservation Group Revealed Deep Community Roots”.

The Friends of the Drew Forest will speak about the environmental group’s remarkable path from timely ad-hoc activism to creation of a non-profit organization.

Topics include clean water and air, available Open Space funding and the pressures of the current local real estate market. Refreshments will be served.
