Have you wanted to try meditation? This is the perfect place to start! We want to be centered and ready for the year ahead, and want to help you reduce stress and anxiety as well.
Join our mindfulness instructor Anita for a Zoom series of guided meditations. Anita will lead the group through 1-5 minute exercises each week. Open to all meditation experience levels.
