Morris County offers a wealth of open space and interesting hiking opportunities. This brand-new guidebook describes more than 400 miles of trails and more than 50 parks, preserves, sanctuaries and other protected open space in this county in New Jersey that is rich in natural and cultural history. Recommended hikes, historical notes, driving directions, detailed topographic color maps, and full-color images accompany in-depth descriptions of the trails and parks. Morris County is the perfect place for a day of adventure or a quiet retreat into nature.
