“Join guest artists Tamara Zbrizher and Paul Rabinowitz for an 8-week Creative Writing Workshop, writing and sharing new works inspired by prompts from renowned writers, visual artists, and musicians.” The workshop will take place at the Morristown & Morris Township Library in the Meeting Room in the lower level.
Paul Rabinowitz is an author, photographer, and founder of the ARTS By the People. His work has appeared in numerous journals and magazines. Paul was a featured artist in Nailed Magazine in 202 and nominated for Best of the Net in 2021. He is the author of Limited Light and The Clay Urn and currently working on a multimedia novel called Confluence. Paul’s poems and short stories are the inspiration for numerous short films. He produces mixed media performances and poetry films, and is currently co-writing a television series with author Erin Jones called Bungalow.
Tamara Zbrizher is a Ukrainian-American poet. She received her MFA at Drew University and is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree there. Her work has been published in various journals and anthologies and has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize and Best of the Net. She is the recipient of the 2021 NJ Poets Prize. Her first full-length collection Tell Me Something Good was released from Get Fresh Books in April 2019. She lives in New Jersey with her son and works as a professor of writing at Kean University.
