Join us for an enjoyable evening with Morristown author Kristin Elliott. Her new memoir tells the story of growing up on Boston’s North Shore from the late 1940s to the early ’60s.
This collection captures the optimism following WW II, when a family of six could dare to start a greeting card company with barely any experience or finances. Elliott explores the history of Beverly, MA, from its associations with witchcraft to its claim of being “The Birthplace of the American Navy.” As the youngest of four siblings and the one who shared her name with the family business, Elliott recreates her youth with poignancy and wit, reminding us of what’s special about every family.
Kristin Elliott is a long-time resident of Morristown. She worked for 40 years as a PR and advertising executive for Fortune 500 companies. “You All Look Alike” is her third book.
This event will be taking place in the lower level meeting room.
