Spring is the beginning of birding season for many backyard birding enthusiasts. It’s when Bluebirds start to think about raising a family here in New Jersey and when Hummingbirds begin their long journeys north to the US from Central and South America. These two favorite bird species offer hobbyists a wide array of opportunities to shelter, feed, watch, and protect their broods and habitat.

Many folks have questions about attracting Bluebirds and Hummingbirds to their yards and supporting their habitats. On Tuesday, April 26th at 7:00 pm, your queries will be answered! Join us either on Zoom or live in the Library’s lower level Meeting Room for this program. Please email marylynn.becza@mmt.mainlib.org for the Zoom code.
