Chinese Specialties-Cooking with Suzanne

Celebrate the Lunar New Year and join our favorite chef Suzanne as she teaches us how to make some Chinese specialties. Students will learn to make various fillings and shape spring roll, egg roll and wonton wrappers into fresh, steamed and fried delicacies. Recipes will be sent out in advance.
