Join us for our next “Foreign Cinema Series” evening, featuring films from across Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and the Pacific Rim. Our next film will be “Tótem,” a 2023 film from Mexican director Lila Avilés.

We will be showing the movie in person at the Library. The film is not available on Kanopy, but is available to rent on digital platforms and is also on DVD.

The movie will start at 6:30 pm in the Library meeting room on the lower level, followed by an optional brief discussion for those who would like to stay starting at about 8:15 pm. If you watch the movie beforehand, you may attend the discussion portion of the evening online. Please email james.collins@mmt.mainlib.org for the Zoom link for the discussion.
