Join us on Thursday, October 28 at 7PM to celebrate Halloween week with a book and movie discussion of Stephen King’s horror novel “The Shining” and Stanley Kubrick’s classic 1980 film adaptation. Famously King was never happy with Kubrick’s interpretation of his book, so read and watch both and you can decide! (Don’t worry if you don’t get a chance to finish them!) Both the book and the DVD are available from the library system.
