Winter is a great time to practice our cooking skills while we’re spending more time at home. Join popular local instructor, Suzanne Lowery, for an informative class on preparing ricotta gnocci and marinara sauce.

Suzanne has over 25 years experience as a culinary arts instructor. A graduate of the New School Restaurant program, she has worked in restaurants in NYC and writes about food in the Star-Ledger and NJ Monthly.

This program is co-presented by Long Hill Library.
