Join us for the latest “Virtual Classics Book Club” on April 8, 2021, when our featured book will “The Remains of the Day,” the 1989 Booker Prize-winning novel by Nobel Prize winner, Kazuo Ishiguro. This modern classic has been featured as one of the top novels of the late twentieth century on many lists, and the 1993 film Merchant Ivory adaptation, featuring Anthony Hopkins and Emma Thompson, garnered eight Oscar and five Golden Globes nominations.
How do you attend online, you may ask? We are using Zoom for this meeting, which can be used via telephone or through the Zoom app, which you can download from their website or from your preferred devices App store.
Access to the program, via telephone or the app, requires an access code.
