Frank Lloyd Wright is arguably the most important early 20th century architect in the US. He thoroughly rethought how we live and use buildings in a modern world and how buildings could relate to their surrounding environments. His “organic architecture” incorporated built-in furniture, especially designed windows and a careful balance amongst all elements. His famous designs include private homes, corporate buildings, houses of worship and the Guggenheim Museum in NYC.
