Join us for a program by author, Yoga Journal contributing editor and meditation expert Anusha Wijeyakumar, MA, who will share with us some readings from her book “Meditation with Intention: Quick and Easy Ways to Creating Lasting Peace.” Her work teaches how with just five minutes of meditation a day, you can dial down disruptive inner chatter and turn up the volume of your true positive essence. Raised in the philosophy of Sanatana Dharma (Hinduism) Anusha expertly helps you integrate ancient Eastern wisdom into your modern Western lifestyle for a deeper sense of purpose, self-acceptance, and self-love.
