We are currently co-partnering with the Long Hill Library to offer “Mindful Meditation” on Wednesday evenings.
Meditation is for everyone! Whether new to meditation or involved in a regular practice, join us. We will review and experience different styles of meditation, interspersing 2, 5 or 10 minute meditations with conversation and instruction.
