Have you wanted to try meditation? Perhaps the new year is the time to do it! We want to be centered and ready for the year ahead and want to help you reduce stress and anxiety as well. Join our mindfulness instructor Anita for a 4-week Zoom series of guided meditations. Anita will lead the group through 1-5 minute exercises each week. For all meditation experience levels.
