Mediation helps with stress and anxiety, two emotions which are a concern for most of us during these current times. Join us online for our weekly Mindful Meditation sessions hosted by Morristown High School teacher and meditation instructor John Madden. We have moved our regularly-scheduled Wednesday 7:00 pm evening sessions to Tuesday evenings at 7:00 pm for the next few months.
How do you attend online you may ask? We will be using a free app called GoToMeeting. You can either dial in by phone, or access the program via your computer using the GoToMeeting app.
