We invite you to join us for the next meetup of the Library’s popular “Evening Book Club” on Thursday, May 20, at 7 pm. Our featured book will be “The Flight Portfolio” by bestselling author Julie Orringer (“The Invisible Bridge”), a historical fiction novel set during World War II based on the real-life attempts by American journalist Varian Fry to save the lives and works of Jewish artists fleeing the Holocaust, including Hannah Arendt, André Breton, Max Ernst, Marcel Duchamp, and Marc Chagall.

How do you attend online, you may ask? We are using Zoom for this meeting, which can be used via telephone or through the Zoom app, which you can download from their website or from your preferred devices App store.
