Back by popular demand is Walking Meditation with Anita Pacheco. We will be meeting at the Foote’s Pond Wood park at 134 James Street, located next to Thomas Jefferson School. Parking is on the street. We will begin with a mindfulness exercise and then commence walking through the lovely recently restored park around Foote’s Pond. This is a great way to incorporate a new technique into your personal meditation practice. The classes will be approximately 45 minutes long. Please wear comfortable and appropriate shoes and clothing for walking. Masks are not required but please consider wearing if you are not vaccinated.
