The warm weather is finally here and we are all excited to be outdoors again! During the winter we have enjoyed our indoor Zoom Mindful Meditation weekly sessions with Anita Pacheco. Now we are going to try something new and bring our meditation practice outdoors and make it move! We will gather at the entrance to Foote’s Pond Wood Park located on James Street at 5:30pm Tuesdays in June. The walking meditation class will be approximately 45 minutes and we will explore different meditation techniques in this lovely park.
