Spring is finally here and we are all excited to be outdoors again! During the winter we have enjoyed our indoor virtual Zoom Mindful Meditation weekly sessions with Anita Pacheco. Now we are going to try something new and bring our meditation practice outdoors and make it move! We will gather on the Library lawn at 6:00 and Anita will have a discussion about how the walking meditation sessions will flow and she will answer any questions. The walking meditation class will be approximately 45 minutes and we will explore different meditation techniques breaking up each technique session into 10-15 minute walks around the surrounding neighborhood. This is a great way to incorporate a new technique into your meditation practice.
Please wear comfortable and appropriate shoes and clothing for walking. All attendees should wear masks and maintain the 6 feet social distance throughout their time walking together. If it rains we will reschedule this event for May 11.
