Join us at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, May 18 and Tuesday, May 25 for a new program, Walking Meditation. We are excited to be outdoors for our weekly meditation sessions with Anita Pacheco. Instead of Zoom, we will be meeting at the Library on the Miller Road lawn. We will begin with a mindfulness exercise and then commence walking to the lovely Macculloch Hall Museum Gardens. The Gardens, which are two blocks away on Macculloch Avenue behind the museum, will then be the site of the rest of the Walking Meditation session. This is a great way to incorporate a new technique into your personal meditation practice. The classes will be approximately 45 minutes and finish at the Library. Please wear comfortable and appropriate shoes and clothing for walking. Following the new NJ government guidelines, masks are not needed for COVID vaccinated people who are participating in outdoor activities such as this. Special thanks to the Macculloch Hall Museum for allowing us to use their gardens for these events.
