Join local author, parent and Down syndrome advocate Micha Boyett in celebrating the publication of her new book “Blessed Are the Rest of Us: How Limits & Longing Make Us Whole.

This memoir celebrates the transformative power of embracing our limits and explores the themes of equality and dignity. She discusses her experiences as a parent and how her religious beliefs have helped her through difficult times. Her book will be available to purchase at this event.

About our speaker: Micha Boyett wears many hats- popular podcaster, youth pastor and poet are just a few of her many accomplishments. Her previous memoir “Found” was published in 2014 and her poetry was included in the NYT bestseller “A rhythm of Prayer A Collection of Meditations for Renewal.”
