Chocolate and bird watching? What two things could be better together?! This program will teach us about the cacao tree and its role in biodiversity. Our speaker will tell us about the history and culture of chocolate and how it is made, including the health benefits of dark chocolate! Learn which of our local NJ migrating birds might spend the winter in a tropical forest whose canopy shades the small cacao trees in the southern hemisphere.

To register and receive the Zoom code for this program, please email librarians@lhtlibrary.mainlib.org. This is a Long Hill Township Library and Morristown & Morris Township Library co-sponsored event.
